Okay, so here’s the thing about Running…DON’T DO IT…and I say this out of love..Why you ask ? Really?
Below are some of the reasons why you should’nt embark on this potentially life threatening activity:
1. For one it forces you to get off your couch/chair/bed or wherever it is in your home you feel most comfortable.
2. It makes your heart work and your body sweat.Running forces your heart to pump blood at a much faster rate which makes you go all red in the face and those who have run at very high speeds and inclines know that running could also make you feel like you are about to have a heart attack. Studies show that runners burn 28% more calories than swimmers or even cyclists..which brings us to our next point..
3. Running burns calories.Yes, calories are lost during running…all those valuable calories that you stacked and painstackingly accumulated on your self by consuming all your favorite food gone – just like that..
4.Running gives medical professionals a run for their money and literally so..apparently by running 30 minutes everyday for a month you bring down the risk of having diabetes and other critical illnesses by 10 per cent.
